T/N: Hello, Iyo here! Well, things aren’t going too well in my life, sadly and I ended up have to paying for my tuition and some of the bills myself. And so, after much deliberation, I opened up a ko-fi goal to help me with those! For every $10 I receive, I’ll be releasing an extra chapter. Volume 1 Chapter 12

Five years ago, on a blue sky train en route to the valley of death, the afro shinigami told me,

“One day, you will meet your ‘fated girl’. The girl who would become special to you, the girl who would become the love of your life, the girl who would bring you happiness.”

As expected of a shinigami. His prophecy was right on the money.

After meeting Natsuhara-san and falling in love with her at first sight, it felt like colors were added to my monochromatic world.

Bright colors, akin to those of flowers.

It was as if the sun suddenly lived up the dull path of obscurity I was walking on.

I never knew that walking on a sunny path like this felt so good.

It felt like I could keep walking with a smile forever.

Or at least, until I reached the end of the path.

Until the day I had to sacrifice my life for her.
